I had to exchange my wheel, and it ended up taking a few days longer than I was hoping for. The extra wait felt a bit unnecessary, but support was helpful and got everything sorted in the end

They did help me check the fitment, which I appreciated, but I still ended up having to double-check my vehicle info myself. The whole exchange also felt a little like I was being talked down to, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Refund came through, but it took too long"
I ordered from Wheelership, but the wheels didn’t fit right so I ended up having to return them. The return process itself was mostly fine, I guess, but the refund took way longer than I expected. I’m sure I had to follow up more than once just to figure out what was going on. They did eventually send the money back, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the wait was definitely frustrating. Giving 2 stars because the refund speed was poor.

I’ll give wheelership.com credit, the site itself was easy to use. The menus made sense, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed. Searching by my car info was simple, the pages loaded fine, and the pictures and details were clear enough to compare options without getting confused. Checkout was straightforward too, nothing fancy, just worked like it should. That said, if something goes wrong on their end, I do think a simple apology would go a long way. I’d probably use the site again, but I’m still expecting them to acknowledge the issue properly

"Nice wheels, but I felt a bit misled"
The wheels look solid and they ride smooth so far, so I’ll give them credit for that. But one of them showed up with a small scuff, which was a little disappointing since I expected them to be in perfect shape. It’s not a huge deal and nothing crazy, but I did feel a bit misled based on what I thought I was getting. Overall, the quality seems good, just wish they had arrived without any marks.

"Fit fine, but the finish confused me"
The wheel fit just fine and shipping was okay, so I don’t really have complaints there. But I was a little confused by the remanufactured finish. There were some uneven spots in the paint and a few small marks near the edge that I noticed right away. I know it’s not supposed to be brand new, but for the price, I guess I expected it to look a bit cleaner. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of disappointing

The order showed up in decent shape, but I thought they would be a little more ready to install. I had to double check the fitment and ended up having a shop sort out a few things before I could put them on. It was not a bad experience overall, just more hassle than I was planning on.

"Dependable delivery, just a little slower than I hoped"
I ordered a wheel from wheelership.com and overall I was relieved with how it went. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and when the package arrived, everything looked good, no damage, no weird surprises, which made me feel a lot better.
That said, I did get a little annoyed because it showed up about a day later than I was expecting. Not a huge deal, and I got over it quickly, but if I was in a rush I might think twice. For a normal order though, I’d use them again.

I ordered a replacement wheel from Wheelership after double-checking the size and finish in the product details. When it showed up, it matched my car well and looked really close to the original. No strange scratches or damage, so I was happy with the wheel itself.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that shipping took a couple days longer than I expected, and I would’ve liked clearer instructions or updates about what to expect after ordering. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I did have to wait a bit longer to get it mounted. Overall, I’m still happy with the purchase.
